Hey tumblr artists! Does anyone want to get together and maybe make a Skype group and get together maybe once a week and talk about art and like share advice and what not? Even if you’re not “amazing” or “professional”? I think it would be fun to meet others interested in art and perhaps help yourself grow as an artist. I suppose most tumblr artists are more cartoon/anime influenced, but I would hope it would be open to all styles. You can learn from any style, you know! If you are interested like and reblog to get this around! I’d like it to be a summer thing, maybe?

Everyone has a moment when they think “I am a bad artist.” and they think that because they see a level of skill they have not achieved yet. If this is the case, every artist ever is a bad artist, because every artist ever has had some idea, some plan, some goal of a skill level or creation that they have not achieved yet. And that’s good. Learning and growth and moving forward are all good things, so instead of trying to be some fictionalized version of a good artist, let’s all be bad artists together.
