[9:53:08 PM] Amanda Jones: The working idea for my first chapter starts like this

[9:54:50 PM] Amanda Jones: Lexi and Riley get into an evavator together with where best game faces only sparing a moment to calm eachother with a hand squeese and a meaningful glance.

[9:59:12 PM] Amanda Jones: Next, page show Riley and Lexi getting ready within the lift not sparing even a moment to speak a word. Lexi unpacks her bag, draws her circle. while Riley opens the lifts control panel to lock the doors from outsides for both party safety. She takes her place across the lift from Lexi. Lexi takes her place within the one of the two circles within the larger circle with her book ready.

[9:59:43 PM] Amanda Jones: -wishs she had a digital camera so she could show you her roughs-

[10:00:06 PM] Amanda Jones: then the first word is spoken in unison and the word

[10:00:40 PM] Amanda Jones: “ready” wafts inthe suddenly tense lift.

[10:03:27 PM] Amanda Jones: Lexi draws out the lingering spirt using a spell from her book. the lift grows slowly dark as a bright light apears in the circle. the page cuts to the spirt fully appearing.

[10:04:42 PM] Amanda Jones: The spirt is of a middle aged man. the smoke of the now extingished candle flows thought the room.

[10:09:49 PM] Gabe: Now I’m really curious.

[10:10:23 PM] Amanda Jones: cuts to black again. shows an eye view of someone open there eye. It’s Lexi, and she is standing next to the aftermath of a car crash. The man is dying, ingulfed in rage. shows a bits of flashbacks of his arguement with his wife. At eh climax of the fight he raises his hand to strike his wife in front of there babe.

[10:13:08 PM] Amanda Jones: The man upset flees getting in his car driving while sobbing until he’s killed in a hit and run. In the preasent day, the only thing left of that site is a cross layed on the side of rail detailed with the words ‘you were the only one for me’

[10:15:20 PM] Amanda Jones: Lexi trying to help him past on, slips in the car along side the crying man. Telling him that it was ok, that he never harm his wife that he had no reason to feel guilty. Then, he becomes agitated.

[10:15:34 PM] Amanda Jones: brb got to get my mums coffee

[10:17:39 PM] Gabe: kk

[10:23:20 PM] Amanda Jones: he becomes angry scream that he was the only for his wife, how dare he hold his son.

[10:25:21 PM] Amanda Jones: Slowly his composer is lost and he becomes enraged lasing out at Lexi. Snapping them out the car crash site and back in the lift. Lexi breathless and staggering blood gushing from claw marks on her on her forearm.

[10:30:08 PM] Gabe: (brb, need to bring Crowley in)

[10:30:14 PM] Amanda Jones: Riley who has anitously wait for Lexi to return is just barely catches herself before runing in to the circle to add Lexi

[10:30:16 PM] Amanda Jones: ok

[10:30:30 PM] Amanda Jones: *aid

[10:33:14 PM] Amanda Jones: Riley begins to shoot to Lexi that they need to hurry and that the energy coming of the spirt could cause the lift to plumet to the ground killing them. She begs Lexi to let them face the consquenices  of breaking the circle so she can get. Lexi grit her teeth say shes ok and ask for 5 mins.

[10:36:37 PM] Amanda Jones: Then she faces the ragged man that seemed so composed in his grief just seconds before. She begins to speak to him. Say how his son loves him, that he loves him, but that everyone moves just like he should. Only glaces at her while he still whips the air and energy that rocking the lift loose and straining the wires.

[10:38:24 PM] Gabe: -returns-

[10:45:18 PM] Amanda Jones: Lexi taking a leap of faith steps out of protective circle. She instantly has to bring her arms up to protect herself taking blows from the wiping energy leaveing her peppered with cuts making her strain just to get to the the spirt. She reaches her arms out to embrace the greaving raging spirt. She begins to coo, and shoo the man as though he was a baby. Using soft words to soothe him. Once the wind comes to a halt. She moves to make eye contact with the spirt. “It time to go. Your son, your wife, your family is safe here. You no longer need to protect them from the world around them. It’s time for you to move on.”

[10:49:13 PM] Amanda Jones: Lexi backs up a step removing her arm from there linger state to bring them to her side. Once one she looks the spirt, the man before her. “Are ready?” The man nods yes. taking a step back, leting his hands rest above her hands. Lowering there heads together Lexi softly say

[10:52:14 PM] Amanda Jones: “goodbye” as the spirt vanishing. Lexi’s cheeks wet and her face finally showing the toll she been through. Shakly, steping forward. Riley running out ot catch her just as she faints. just the lift give a large luch making the lifts floor unevening and Riley pain strike looking for a way out.

[10:52:42 PM] Amanda Jones: -huffhuff so long omg-

[10:53:16 PM] Gabe: hehe

[11:00:15 PM] Amanda Jones: Suddenly, a voice calls out, and the a the escape hatch at the top of the lift. “Rory!” Riley excalmes in suprise. “how did you?” Rory motions to have Riley lift Lexi into his arms. “Roxanne*” A smile quickly cross over Riley, as she jumps to escape the lift. ” we need to hurry cmon’ cmon’!!” Rory yelled usering Riley to go on the ladder before him. Quickly, The climb the stairs as the lifts cords slowly unravels. Finally Riley reaches the top and continiues to shoot for Rory to hurry. As Rory, finally reaches top Riley quickly grabs Lexi off Rory’s back taking off down the hall to escape the building.

[11:00:44 PM] Amanda Jones: “WHAT AM I CHOP LIVER??!!!” Rory shout as he

[11:03:54 PM] Amanda Jones: *’s left laging behind trying to catch up with them. Finally the come to the parking gargage fillled with the teants of the aprt. complex. Riley slowly walks towards a young women with a 2 year-old boy in her arms. Riley looks at her nodding saying “he’s moved on” looking over to the little boy and saying he looks like his father”

[11:08:23 PM] Amanda Jones: Flash forward in the next page to Riley and Lexi laying together in bed. Riley slowly sliping out of bed trying not to wake Lexi. Lexi opens her eyes just to see Riley dressed for work, quickly she achely sits up. “Wait, I want to go” “No, you earned this take it easy” “what are you going to do with out me?” Riley turns to look at her affection, and happyness apparnet on her feature.

[11:08:31 PM] Amanda Jones: “paperwork”

[11:10:55 PM] Amanda Jones: she says as closes the door only to run back in to say ” call your mom, she saved you life last night, and mine too” Close up of Lexi falling back on her bed to look at answring machine and slighntly cursing at how many there, and how they could only come from one person, one who just happened to a bit pshyic and very much her mother.
